There are two convenient options to submit a claim

Claims by Phone
This is the most common and reliable way to submit a claim. Make sure you have all details about your incident ready. Claims phone number is always listed on your permanent ID card that was mailed to you directly by your insurance company.

Claims Online
Some insurance companies have already implemented this type of claim process. It comes to a very convenient, no-hassle service

 When you contact claims department, be prepared to provide as much information as possible about what happened, what caused the damages and/or injuries, who was involved, how it happened, etc.

Things to know

In case of an accident, make sure to gather as many details as possible. Try to make digital pictures of the scene and get the phone numbers of possible witnesses, insurance policies information, drivers licenses, auto insurance registrations and phone numbers of the people actually involved in an accident.
